So, here's the nitty gritty:
This is a role-play / In Character journal. I play Brock Rumlow (aka 'Crossbones') from the Marvel Cinematic Universe and that's what this particular journal is geared towards. I'm also new to Dreamwidth, though I have past experience with LiveJournal RPing.
In general I do most of my RPing via various messenger services, among which are AIM, Skype, and Discord. I'm not opposed to playing via Dreamwidth, but I also haven't been using it long enough to commit to checking in on a regular basis. If you're interested in RPing via messenger, just shoot me a note to ask for my contact info.
What I'm mainly looking for --
Bucky / Brock
This is my OTP as far as Rumlow goes, and one of the easier things to work with. All of the following variations are good in my book:
Bucky/Brock while they're both still with Hydra
Post-Hydra
Genderbent / Female Bucky
Brock/Steve
My second favorite thing ever. This can include:
Steve/Brock while they're both working at SHIELD (Set during The Winter Soldier movie timeline)
Steve/Brock after Rumlow takes on the alternate identity of Crossbones
Genderbent / Female Steve (Usually called 'Stephany/Stephanie')
Brock/Natasha
I mean, let's face it, that fight scene in Civil War was pretty hot.
Brock/Other Marvel Characters
I like Wanda, Pietro, and a variety of other characters. Just ask me if you're interested in trying something that's not listed!

As far as the writing goes:
I'm in the fairly advanced category literacy-wise, and I've been published in the past. Key points for me are spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and a solid sense of grammar. Ideally I like to do a few paragraphs at a time, although I'm good with going longer or shorter depending on the story. Obviously if you're doing something heavy on conversation then a lot of filler isn't exactly necessary, if yanno what I mean.
